I don’t want RETURNready to be another place telling women how to return to work.
There are already plenty of places doing that.
I’m interested in what happens underneath it all.
The things women often say quietly

The questions that don’t fit neatly onto a CV.
The feelings we rarely prepare women for.
I want RETURNready to notice those things.
To name them.
To ask better questions.
To start conversations women recognise themselves in.
And make room for all of it.
Because there is no single return-to-work story.
Some women are desperate to return.
Some are terrified.
Some feel ready.
Some have absolutely no idea what they want next.
All of those women belong here.
RETURNready exists for the part of returning we don’t talk about enough.
The emotional.
The personal.
The professional.
And everything happening between them.
Why
Because returning to work is rarely just about returning to work

“I don’t know who I am professionally anymore”
