Hi, I’m Janine, the founder of RETURNready.
Like so many women, I stepped away from my career to focus on what mattered most at the time, raising my family, personal growth, and experiencing life outside the corporate world. But when I contemplated returning to work, I realized something: getting back into the workforce wasn’t just about updating my CV. It was about rebuilding my confidence, repositioning my skills, and navigating a job market that had changed. I had spent years travelling the world working in hospitality, held leadership roles, and launched 3 businesses during my time as a stay at home Mum. Yet suddenly, I felt unsure of my own value. I saw first hand how many talented, experienced women struggled with the same feelings of self-doubt after stepping away from their careers. That’s why I started RETURNready - to create the support system I wish I had when I was contemplating to return-to-work.
What I Believe:
